This notice is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated from time to time as additional applications are filed or as patents are granted.

Scantr LLC, doing business as Elevarq, is actively pursuing patent protection for certain of its products and technologies. One or more United States patent applications are currently pending.
A pending application establishes a priority date but does not constitute a granted patent. No representation is made here that any patent has issued.
Where an Elevarq product or its accompanying materials are marked "Patent Pending," that marking refers to the pending application or applications described in this notice.
Scope
This notice does not identify every product, feature, or technology that may be covered by a pending or future application, and the absence of any product from a marking or listing is not a representation that it is not covered. Scantr LLC reserves all rights in its inventions and intellectual property.
Third-party rights
PostgreSQL and other third-party names and marks referenced by Elevarq belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively. Their mention does not imply any patent claim over them.
